We'll meet or beat any competitor’s advertised price on an identical part providing it meets the following criteria:

Identical Item: Product must be identical; made by the same manufacturer and carry the same part number.

Official Dealer: Product must be offered by a U.S. retailer specifically authorized by the manufacturer.

Advertised Price: Identical products are compared by their advertised price and we do not take into account shipping or sales tax.

Price Verification: The competitors price must be verifiable by website, phone, or printed ad.

Special Offers: Beat-a-Price Guarantee does NOT cover the following offers:

• Demo items (i.e.; "open box returns")
• "B" stock - manufacturers' refurbished items
• Private or individual sales
• Auctions
• Closeouts, discontinued or earlier models items
• Buyers or Warehouse clubs where a membership fee is applied
• Out of stock items
• One time offers -such as short term sales and liquidations 
• Old ads - Advertised price must be current
